About Hannah

Hannah’s superpower is enabling Leaders to create a world-class organization where their teams can thrive as high-level performers. She’s passionate about making work a better experience for all.

She is the support system that will enable your People team, People Managers, and Executive Leaders to successfully deliver on organizational strategy by improving the Employee Experience, helping to cut out the noise, focus the efforts, measure outcomes, and continue to iterate in order to meet the needs of your employee population.

Her methods focus on creating connections with Leaders and Managers and enabling them to successfully lead their teams with a mindset that happy, engaged employees are good for business.

Hannah has spent the past 12 years working with tech organizations large and small to help positively transform the employee experience to improve employee engagement. During this time she led 2 startups through M&A by IBM and Opendoor, navigating teams from each startup through massive change management, and enabling near 100% retention after the first year.

She graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a Bachelors of Arts in Business Leadership. Hannah lives in Seattle with her dog Jolene. In her free time, she loves to read, bake, and visit new restaurants with her friends.
